Umaimah Mendhro works at West, a multidisciplinary creative collective that helps the world's most disruptive companies grow. Umaimah heads up the early-stage ventures unit. Prior to West, Umaimah headed up product management and strategy for Microsoft's incubation efforts, specifically in the consumer, mobile, and social space. Umaimah is also the founder of www.thedreamfly.org, a global initiative to bring together communities in conflict. Umaimah has an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS studies in Psychology and Computer Science from Cornell University.
